System Business Workflow Dispatch

01. Service & Part Selection

Client searches for services (e.g. AC Repair) in their area. Adds any necessary service parts (e.g., Gas Refill).

02. Booking Creation

Client chooses an active TimeSlot and submits booking. Booking status initializes as "pending", total amount aggregates base price + parts.

03. Employee Dispatch

System queries available employees matching the category in that city/area. Generates BookingRequests for providers to review.

04. Pay & Evaluation

Employee accepts request. Post service delivery, Payment logs are written (COD or UPI success), followed by quality rating Review.
